Galicia, known for its exceptional seafood. Artisan fishing methods, old
master cannery know-how and the highest quality ingredients are used
to produce octopus that is moist, tender, and uncommonly flavorful.Our favorite serving method is to briefly sear the octopus in olive oil so it is a bit crispy and then sprinkle with Mediterranean sea salt and
Pimenton de la Vera. Matiz Pulpo
can also be eaten fresh, out of the can.
