All natural, country-cured ham from Spain. The name Serrano (mountain) comes from the fact the drying sheds are generally at higher elevations. This provides the hams with the ideal climate to mature and develop their robust flavor. Our Jamon Serrano is aged in Spain for 12 to 18-months before being shipped to us. The bone-in ham makes a tremendous impact at parties and events. Best results when sliced using a Jamonera ham stand.
