The Iberico Ham is hand rubbed with sea salt, and air cured for at least 12 months resulting in a heavily marbled rich flavor. The exterior fat turns gold while the exposed meat develops natural molds, lending distinctive flavors to the meat. The presliced Jamon Iberico is great when unexpected guests show up or as a gift.
