Fuet - Catalan Style Embutido

Fuet is a lovely counterpart to the smoky, chorizos seasoned with Pimentón de la Vera. Instead, it is gently flavored with black pepper, nutmeg, and garlic. The name fuet comes from the Catalan word for "whip", to describe the long thin shape of this embutido. Dry-cured and ready to eat, enjoy fuet alongside other charcutierie, cheeses, or even on your favorite salad.
