Palacios is perhaps the most famous Spanish Chorizo brand in America. The old family recipe uses only garlic, salt, pork, and spicy smoked paprika from Extremadura. It contains no nitrates or nitrites or any other preservative. It is not flaming hot in the sense of Latin cuisine, rather it pleasantly livens your taste buds. Chorizo Palacios is fully dry cured and ready to slice and serve with your favorite cheese and wine - or simmer in red wine for an incredible appetizer.
