Mini Chorizos (Cocktail Chorizo)
These chorizos are mini bite size pieces that are very tasty. A full flavored chorizo made with a healthy dose of Pimenton de la Vera picante. The hot smoky paprika livens your taste buds and then slowly mellows out. One of our favorite ways to use it is with puff pastry for a grown-up version of pigs in a blanket!
