This unfiltered extra virgin olive oil, D.O. Siurana, received awards in Spain for lowest acidity (0.013) in 2007 and has been awarded with the European Authentic Tastes Designation (EATS). Made exclusively of Arbequina olives, this oil is a thicker, heartier oil with a more intense flavor than its filtered counterparts making it ideal for dipping with bread or drizzling over a fresh salad or fish.
