Etxegarai Smoked Sheep Cheese from Basque Country
Etxegarai comes to us from high up in the mountains of the Basque Country region of Navarra. Similar to it's cousing Idiazabal, this is a smoked sheep's milk cheese. Can be grated on dishes like Spanish Lentils or sliced and served on a cheese platter. We offer Etxegarai in quarter, half, and whole wheel for your convenience and savings.
