The Moreno family has been making exquisite vinegars and oils since 1904 in Andalucia. This premium extra virgin olive oil is produced entirely from Hojiblanca Olives. Known for having limited oil, a relatively large amount of hojiblanca olives are needed for production, resulting in a bigger flavor. Only ripe olives are used, giving the oil a smooth sweet flavor, with no bitter or "pique" after taste. Perfect for finishing dishes or dipping.
