Sobrasada - Mallorcan Style Chorizo

Our Chorizo Sobrasada is proudly made in the United States using a traditional Mallorcan recipe. Made of pork, smoked paprika and pepper, sobrasda is known for it's soft pate like texture. Ideal for spreading on crackers, toasts, meats, or fish. Best when served at room temperature. For a special occasion, try cutting a slightly thicker medallion and searing.
