Our membrillo paste comes from Neighboring Portugal and is made from natural quince fruit and sugar. Membrillo is a sweet, very dense jellied preserve with a delicate floral taste. It can also be used in tarts and puddings or even sweet-savory pan gravies and glazes. Also an excellent accompaniment to cheeses. Packed in a practical, resealable plastic tray.
