Valdeon Spanish Blue Cheese

This blue cheese is made deep in the Picos de Europa, just outside of the province of Leon. Produced with cow and goat's milk, Valdeon is saught after because it is milder than D.O. Cabrales and is still available wrapped in Maple leaves, making for a eye catching presentation. Excellent balance of sweet and tangy with a nice earthiness at the finish. $13.50 per pound
