Alicante style turron is a delicious Valencian confection made almonst entirely from Almonds (63%). Today, turron is enjoyed through out all of Spain. The turron “duro” is a crunchy almond nougat that can be broken into smaller pieces and served as part of a dessert platter with tea or coffee.
